Description

The patient is a 29-year-old woman who never liked the size or shape of her breasts. On examination she had tuberous breasts. She also had a recent weight loss over the past year and felt like her breasts were deflated. She underwent a breast lift or mastopexy and placement of 345 cc moderate profile silicone gel implants.
