This patient had saline breast implants placed 15 years prior after the completion of pregnancy and nursing. She felt like her breasts were deflated, and although she had a substantial amount of her own breast tissue, her surgeon at the time suggested implant placement. She has never liked them and always felt too big and top heavy after surgery.
